Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday .

Payment can be made in US dollars or Sterling (both rates are shown) or Euros (please inquire).

ALL PRICES INCLUDE CLEANING ON DEPARTURE AND POOL HEATING IN WINTER MONTHS (not needed other times of the year).

A refundable security deposit applies to all bookings (see below).

Rates are subject to change until confirmed. High Season is winter months, low season - summer.

Low Season (Post Easter up to Christmas week)    

1 week   - $1,000 plus taxes                         

2 weeks -  $1,900 plus taxes

3 weeks  - $2,700 plus taxes                                   

4 weeks - $3,450 plus taxes                           

High Season (Christmas through to Easter Week)   

1 week   - $1,600 plus taxes                         

2 weeks -  $3,050 plus taxes

3 weeks  - $4,500 plus taxes                                   

4 weeks - $5,800 plus taxes    

Refundable Security deposit: $500.

Taxes on $ bookings payable at rate applicable at the time (currently 10%)
