| Outdoor Features |
- Pool area faces south and has a fine mesh screen cage to prevent bugs etc. entering (does not stop you tanning!)
- Lots of room room around the pool allowing you to sunbathe etc. in comfort
- Electrically heated swimming pool (with cover for when pool is heated in winter months). Pool is 28 foot long but a maximum of 5' deep giving the floor a much gentler slope (better for non swimmers and children)
- Gas BBQ Grill
- Outdoor hot and cold shower
- 4 sun beds (extra sun beds kept in garage)

- 5 bicycles - 2 adults, 1 teenagers (22") and two child's (20")

- Situated on a quiet road within a 5 minute walk of the "Marco Walk" where you will find several restaurants and shops.
- 5 minute walk to the nearest public access point to the South beach

- No pets allowed
- No smoking in the house, smoking only permitted in the pool area
- Sorry home is not suitable for wheelchair users (steps to font door)
- Children welcome - travel crib and linen provided (suitable for child up to 15 - 18 months), high chair, plastic bowls and cups, alarms or chains fitted on main doors leading out to the pool area (these need to be switched on).
